Additional Terms and conditions to the usual ones:
1. Booth allocation is strictly based on organizer's discretion. Please book and pay early to secure your desired booth. 2. No changes of dates will be entertained. 3. No refunds once payment is made. 4. Vendors must keep your area clean and neat, and dispose of all rubbish when tearing down. 5. This is a NON SMOKING flea market. NEA will be conducting close surveillance based on information provided. 6. Electricity is for mobile phone charging, laptops and extra lighting. NO electrical appliances with heating elements such as steamers or water boilers are allowed. 7. TGIF Bazaars reserves the right to evict vendors ,without prejudice or refunds, who do not cooperate or abide by our terms and conditions 8. Please bring along your own table cloth (Black cloth & water proofed preferred only) as overlay our tables. 9. Please note you are not allowed to bring your own table or chair for use during the Flea. 10. TGIF Bazaars reserves the right to terminate your participation if you are found to have breached your declaration of products, merchandises that you had declared to sell. 11. TGIF Bazaars reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
Our standard booth consists of:
3 tables and 3 chairs c/w 1 x warm light, 1 x Powerpoint for low power usage 1 x plot of space of 3.6m by 2.5m. 1 x 2.5m by 2.5m steel frame (w/LED strip lights provided) - you may use the frame as a display fixture - to hang apparels/accessories etc.
The booths will be lined up along the sheltered walkway of the building. It is important that you note the area is not 100% rain proof. As such, please bring along your plastic sheets (Only black or orange coloured) to cover your merchandise in the event of rain.
