For 1 to 20 Dec, operate daily from 1100 - 1800 hrs


For 21 to 31 Dec, operate daily from 1200 - 2200hrs
(Soak in the Xmas atmosphere during the Kidzania Xmas Night Out, where entry to Kidzania is FOC from 6pm to 10pm!)

**except for 11 Dec where the theme park is booked for a corporate event

KidZania is one of the fastest growing kid’s hands-on entertainment brands in the world. It is an interactive indoor theme park combining inspiration, fun and learning through realistic role-play for children aged 4 to 17. 

At KidZania Singapore, kids can independently explore an 81,000 square feet kid-sized city, complete with buildings, paved streets, vehicles and a functioning economy, just like in a real world!

Through realistic role-play, they learn about different careers, the inner-workings of a city and the concept of managing money. KidZania is designed to educate through experience, fostering the development of life skills, giving kids the confidence and inspiration to be great global citizens.

Each KidZania location offers experiences that are relevant to a particular region, culture and geography by way of food, entertainment and professions. Each activity is carefully crafted in close collaboration with real-world brands to ensure the realism and authenticity that is synonymous with the brand.

How TGIF is involved?

​The short answer is : we are there to keep the accompanying adults (read: usually parents) of kids above 8 years old occupied when their children play-ducate. They typically stay in KidZania for 4 to 8 hours (read : CAPTIVE audience).  Within KidZania Singapore, there are F & B outlets and a cafe so food, drinks and coffee is available. 

With our debut there, we will provide the experiential-retail-tainment component for a wholistic family experience.

  • An adult (aged 18 and above) must be present for the admission of any child regardless of age into KidZania Singapore.
  • Kids aged below the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
  • Adults aged 18 and above may only enter the City when they accompany a child or children.​
  • Kids who are above 8 years old may enter the City independently without parents/adult. A parent/adult needs to be present at the Ticketing Counters with the children on the date of visit, to check-in all kids into the City. The same parent/adult must also be present at the exit of KidZania Singapore to pick the kids up after their visit.​

Most of their activities are on an average of 20 minutes per cycle, the average queue time would be a minimum of 20 minutes during peak period. Taking into consideration the inclusion of the time the child takes to do the activity, on average, the child would be able to complete 1 activity per hour.

What this basically means is that there is captive audience -  parent(s) / guardians who have to be around their children who are from 4 to 8 years-old and kids who from above 8 to 17 (and your fellow merchants also).

Note that when the kids are having their activities, the adults can either participate as a supporter but not be directly involved in what the kids are doing. Some parents would also be wandering around to do their own things  - that's how it's like at Kidzania.. 

And.. TGIF Bazaars is putting together a Christmas to New Years' Eve Market from 1 to 31 Dec 2018!

Our preferred merchant types for
'​Christmas to New Year's' theme

This is a moderately curated market. In addition to selling of related merchandise, preference would be accorded to merchants who can:
  1. Dress up your booths in aesthetically pleasing manner
  2. Operate for at least 7 continuous days. 
  3. Conduct workshops such in up-cycling or recycling art (e,g. turn trash into art, turn empty drink cans into bulb holders)
  4. Conduct coffee/tea/wine appreciation or tasting sessions (for wine appreciation cum sales, note that liquor sales license is required)
  5. Bespoke hand made craft, such as leather, jewelry etc on site
  6. Demonstrate STEM toys, STEM Kits possibly with on-site demo
  7. Conduct Organic Soap Making demonstration or workshop
  8. Conduct Clay Miniature Making demonstration or workshop
  9. Conduct Caricature Workshops or provide caricature drawing services
  10. Conduct balloon sculpting workshops
  11. Concoct bespoke perfume on site
  12. Conduct sock puppet making demonstration or workshops
  13. Conduct sampling / tasting / making and baking demonstration of Christmas cookies
  14. Conduct terrarium making workshops for adults
  15. Provide open concept shoulder, back massage or foot reflexology
  16. Conduct some online social media marketing
  17. By now you get the idea that we prefer merchants who are also able to conduct some form of activity or engagement talks at your booths. We reckon the workshops should take no more than 15 to 30  mins per session, taking into consideration the times for the kids to queue for and participate in their own activities.

We also welcome the following merchandise:
  1. Products of Singapore, (Design, Branded, Produced, Marketed or Owned by Singaporeans or Singapore based companies)
  2. Handicrafts
  3. Ladies fashion, jewelry, accessories, wallets, handbags
  4. Time pieces for children, ladies and gentlemen
  5. Children's Fashion
  6. Children's Stationery and back packs
  7. Essential Oils, Diffusers, scented candles
  8. Healthy foodstuff and HSA approved supplements
  9. Interesting, preferably healthy pre-packed tidbits or food / foodstuff from approved NEA sources (note that there are already existing F & B and cafe outlets within the city)
  10. Old school snacks or tidbits such as traditional kacang putih, cookies
  11. Books - yes the hardcovers or paperbacks
  12. Interesting gadgets

The following are strictly prohibited
  1. Face Painting
  2. Anything with religious extremities
  3. Pre-loved items
  4. Unapproved or conflicting Financial or insurance based linked products
  5. Property Sales
  6. Products that infringe copyrights
  7. Products that are counterfeited brands, labels

Note that some brands of products may not be allowed into the market place due to conflicts of interest with existing tenants there.

Workshops can be held at party rooms away from your booths that can seat 20 pax or more.  If you are conducting workshops, please email  sales@tgifbazaars.com separately describing what you are planning to do. These rooms are available based on advanced bookings.

Terms and Conditions in additional to the usual ones here

  1. No single day nor split day bookings.
  2. Merchants have to keep your products and merchandise on 10 Dec and re setup on 12 Dec due to a prior corporate event.
  3. All merchants must operate your booths PUNCTUALLY during all the dates you have booked for.
  4. Refundable Security deposit will be collected, and may be forfeited by the merchant if found to breach any terms and conditions, or cause damage to properties of TGIF Bazaars LLP and/or KidZania, or no-show for any days of your commitment.
  5. Merchants will have to pay for your admission into Sentosa Island (which is why we recommend you sign up for the Club Islander Membership).
  6. 2 x Staff Passes into KidZania will be provided for each booth for the duration that you have booked. There should be no more than 2 pax running each booth. Should you require additional passes, we can help you purchase them at additional rates.
  7. ​ There is a list of prohibited items described above.
  8. Booths are strictly allocated by TGIF Bazaars.
  9. All merchants must abide by the operating hours of the Attraction. This means that Day market merchants will start operating at 1000 hrs SHARP and stop operating at 1730 hours sharp. Night market merchants can start operating from 1800 and end your operations at 22.00.
  10. No paper carton, or unsightly boxes, storage bags whether filled or empty are to be kept at your booth area.. There will be designated storage spaces for your stock.
  11. Please discard any waste or rubbish in their designated areas.
  12. All merchants must maintain the neatness and aesthetics of your booth.
  13. Please discard any waste at designated areas
  14. Understand that KidZania has its own kid's currency for use in the role play and parents / kids may mistakenly try to use it at your booth.
  15. Remember you are operating in an Attraction and the intent is to provide memorable experiences for the visitors and customers who bought tickets to enjoy the theme park.
  16. Damages for table cloth provided by TGIF Bazaars will be billed to merchants, so please inspect the table cloths before you set up your booth.
  17. TGIF Bazaars reserve the right to make changes to the operating terms and conditions without prior notice.
  18. Both TGIF Bazaars and KidZania reserve the right to cancel your booths without any refunds if you are found to have breached the terms and conditions of this marketplace.​

Advisory

Please bring along a sweater as it can get rather cold indoors due to the solid air-conditioning that we personally like.
  1. We strongly encourage you to bring your own table lighting as the background lighting is dim.
  2. For day market merchants, please bring along your own multiple power extension cord as powerpoint is shared. Note that the power availability is intended for light usage such as mobile phone or laptop charging only. If you have additional power requirements please get in touch with us.
  3. For night market merchants, no shared power points will be available so please bring along your own power banks
  4. There is free wifi in KidZania
  5. There are F & B outlets in KidZania and outside of KidZania at Palawan Beach. We encourage you to do some research on your own meal options.
  6. There are no cash ATMs within KidZania, so it will help your business if you are able to accept NETs, Paylah, or credit card payment.​
  7. Merchants with children, please note the following for your children:
    a. 2 years and below, they may enter free of charge​
    b. 2 to 10 years, please buy them entry tickets and they would also enjoy the facilities and activities there. From mathematical calculation, if you were to bring them there for a week, it would be more worth your while to purchase an annual pass for them.
    c. 11 years and above may apply for vendor passes so that they can help at your booth.. They will not be able to participate in the activities there.
