TGIF Bazaars has been appointed as a reseller agent for Adamsapple with Livehouse who are organising an upcoming event . We are honoured to invite you to participate in their upcoming “Creative Bazaar @ The Metropolis” .
This is an outdoor event with lots of live music performances and the organisers expecting a great turnout; estimated number of attendees more than 2000-5000 pax.
This event would be a good opportunity for you to introduce your services and product to the public, particularly to the weekday and weekend folks at The Metropolis!

You can also see that The Metropolis is near to the Buona Vista MRT station, and next to a lot of office buildings (yes, some of the folks there work weekends do because they are providing 24/7 IT support for e-commerce type of companies).

Note that the crowd there are office crowds working in technology companies - and from our experience we also saw some crowds from the other nearby buildings
All are welcome to book! Local start-ups, home based business, small medium enterprises would be favored!

Booth configuration and price
Basic booth - $210 for 3 days
*Booth Size Length 1175mm by Width 660mm by Height 760mm.
All booths will be given 2 chairs and a powerpoint socket for their own lighting or electrical appliances if apply.

Merchandise
The following products are preferred:
a. Handicrafts : Hand-sewn, hand-made, manually-fabricated, custom-made products such as handbags, patchwork quilts, dolls, teddy bears, fabric or leather pouches, novelty gifts, unique souvenirs (avoid those sold wholesale by other tourist destinations) fashion accessories, trinklets, jewellery, beads, customisable apparels, batik, upcycled products such as lamps, handcrafted soaps, miniature clay models etc.
b. Heritage : Vintage, mint condition items that reflects history and culture such as watches, clocks, stamps, old school phones etc.
c. Children : Children's products such as STEM toys kits and programmes
d. Horticulture : Succulents, terrariums
e. Creative products: including on-the-spot tee shirt prints, customisable and personalisable gifts.

Marketing efforts by organiser
1. Paid ads in press, social media and radio
2. Organic reach to JTC (landlord of many buildings there), associations, CDAC. the Chinese cultural centre, schools and universities.
Vendors are also encouraged to perform their own marketing activities.

Terms and conditions
Venue and organiser specific :
Standard TGIF Bazaars LLP Terms and Conditions apply.
- Rain or shine event.
- This is a curated market
- No F & B booths.
- Booths are allocated by Organiser based on the needs of the market.
- Lease start from November 29,2019 (Friday), November 30 ,2019 (Saturday) and December 01,2019 (Sunday). All booths shall return the leased booth to Party A as it is when lease.
- Booths must be completely set up and ready for customers by 11am. At the end of each business day, all trash MUST be remove in the lease area. All booths must stay open 11am-8pm throughout the lease period.
- Vendors shall not display or sell inferior, counterfeit goods, expired articles or illegal goods that infringe on intellectual property rights. No F & B cooking or open food allowed in this event. Unique pre-packed tidbits and snacks may be approved.
- All vendors shall not arbitrarily lease part of the booth rights, or sublet. No sharing or booths is allowed.
- No item of all vendors shall be placed on the passage for any reason. Vendors shall properly display its goods and shall not store dangerous or flammable materials.
- All vendors shall be entirely responsible for the proper and safe setting up of all his/her props and for the proper working of all his/her own electrical, mechanical and other appliances.Booth space is not secured until the booth rental has been fully paid.
